Donations using payroll deduction

United Way - fill out the Contributor's Choice section on your United Way pledge form. Our code number is 521 and our address is PO Box 4102, Pittsburgh, PA 15202. Please check 'Yes' so that we are notified of your donation and can thank you.

PA State Employees - contribute through State Employees Combined Appeal [SECA]. Our chapter's number is 2000-0012.

Federal Workers - contribute through the Combined Federal Campaign [CFC]. Our chapter's number is 0526.

Memorials

Donations for memorials can be sent using our chapter response envelope or a note to our PO box. Please note your name and indicate the person you are honoring with the memorial donation. The name of the memorial person will be listed in the next newsletter unless you request otherwise.

Tributes

Donations for tributes can be sent using our chapter response envelope or a note to our PO box. Please note your name and indicate the name and address of the person you are honoring. A note will be sent to that person notifying them of your donation.
